We do our best to make your life simple when having us care for your pet! Number One is ensuring a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for your pet! For that, we have just a few policies that ALL GUESTS must adhere to. We care about the well-being of our guests - so VACCINATIONS are a requirement. Next, our DROP-OFF/PICK-UP processes are important to make sure you are properly served and we get all the details of your reservation. Then, our NO HITCH-HIKERS policy ensures all of our guests are 'hitch-hiker' free (fleas, etc.). Upon your arrival we check - so you don't worry when they come home! Finally, we all go a bit crazy around Holiday times, and things slip through the cracks, so to ensure room availability, our CANCELLATION POLICY comes into play. We're here when you want us - and we don't say NO to you when we could say YES!
All of our guests are required to be CURRENT on Rabies and Distemper vaccines based upon their Vet. We ALSO REQUIRE BORDETELLA VACCINATION done WITHIN 6 MONTHS of your stay. Vaccinations must be done no less than 3 days in advance of arrival unless SQ or Oral is done.
Our Check-in times are flexible! In fact you can check-in or check-out ANY TIME THE FRONT DESK IS OPEN! The Front Desk is open MON. to SAT. from 9a to 7p and Sun. & Holidays from Noon to 5p. Note the staff in the back, while being 7x24, is NOT permitted to check pets in or out from lodging!
Our Cancellation Policy is much like that of any fine Resort. We are holding your room - so we expect you to come! Off-Peak times do NOT require a deposit. Cancel up until the day of your reservation. Peak Periods require a credit card guarantee. Cancellations 3+ days in advance incur no charge.
We're sure your pet is well taken care of, but they can get into things. To ensure that all of our guests go home without any new micro friends (fleas, etc.) we will be checking your pet on arrival. Sorry, we don't offer flea or tick baths. If your pet has flea or flea dander when check, we cannot allow them to stay.
